Swine Breeder Promotion

CSBA promotes the national and international interests of our members through a series of activities, including:

1. Publication of an annual swine breeder magazine each Spring called Who's Who In Canadian Purebred Swine. This full colour 72 page publication contains articles of interest to our industry, along with with a directory of members and news items and advertisements of specific interest to our industry.
2. We also publish on a regular basis a Member Newsletter in both english and french languages to keep members abreast of recent developments.
3. Various brochures and leaflets depicting the Canadian swine industry are also available through the CSBA, which are available at various trade shows and conference as well as through the mail.
4. CSBA actively participates in various national and international trade shows and conferences with both trade booths and speakers.
5. Each year, we organize an annual conference for our members, and invite speakers and submissions from the leaders in our industry.
6. Ongoing development and updating of the information contained in this web site.
7. Attendance and participation at other swine industry events, both among breeder groups and industry partner activities.
8. Promotion of specific industry events occurring within the Canadian swine industry.
